Black Cherry

Ingredients

  • Dark rum 2 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 4 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple 1 oz.
  • Cherry jam 0.35 oz.
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 2 bar spoons of cherry jam into a highball glass
  2. Fill the highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 2 oz of dark rum
  4. Top up with pineapple juice and stir gently
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge
