Bloody Joseph

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 2 oz.
  • Tomato juice 4 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Lemon 34 oz.
  • Wine vinegar 0.35 oz.
  • Red Tabasco sauce 0.1 oz.
  • Salt 0.03 oz.
  • Ground black pepper 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 4 oz of tomato juice, 0.35 oz of wine vinegar and 2 oz of scotch whisky
  3. Add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper, 3 drops of red tabasco sauce and stir gently
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel
