Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients

  • Gold tequila 2 oz.
  • Honey syrup 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple 2 oz.
  • Sage 0.06 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 4 pineapple slices, 3 sage leaves into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 2 oz of gold tequila
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  5. Garnish with a sage leaf
