Directions
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place 2 dried plums, 3 cloves into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of honey syrup, 0.75 oz of creme de cassis liqueur and 1.5 oz of vodka
- Squeeze orange zest
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with tawny port
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with orange zest and a sprig of mint
