High Noon

Ingredients

  • Vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Creme de cassis liqueur 34 oz.
  • Tawny port 1 oz.
  • Honey syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 1 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.1 oz.
  • Prune 34 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 5 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place 2 dried plums, 3 cloves into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of honey syrup, 0.75 oz of creme de cassis liqueur and 1.5 oz of vodka
  4. Squeeze orange zest
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Strain into the rocks glass
  7. Top up with tawny port
  8. Top up with crushed ice
  9. Garnish with orange zest and a sprig of mint
