Spaghetti Western

Ingredients

  • Bourbon 1 oz.
  • Ancho chile liqueur 12 oz.
  • Campari 14 oz.
  • Lager beer 3 oz.
  • Agave syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 1 oz.
  • Cherry tomato 2 oz.
  • Salt 0.1 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a collins glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 5 cherry tomatoes into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz is agave syrup, 0.25 oz of campari, 0.5 oz of ancho chile liqueur and 1 oz of bourbon
  4. Add a pinch of salt
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Pour 3 oz of light beer into the collins glass
  7. Fine strain the cocktail into the glass
  8. Garnish with lemon zest and a cherry tomato on a cocktail skewer
