Ingredients

  • Absinthe 1 oz.
  • Cinnamon liqueur 1 oz.
  • Almond syrup 1 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Ginger beer 2 oz.
  • Lime 0.35 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a collins glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of almond syrup, 1oz of cinnamon liqueur and 1 oz of absinthe into a shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Strain into the collins glass
  5. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel on a cocktail skewer
