Rosemary Cooler

Ingredients

  • Gold rum 1 12 oz.
  • Mango syrup 12 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 2 oz.
  • 
Passion fruit 2 12 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.35 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place 2 sprigs of rosemary, the pulp of a passion fruit half into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour 2 oz of pineapple juice, 0.5 oz of mango syrup and 1.5 oz of gold rum into the shaker
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Fine strain into the sling glass
  6. Garnish with a quarter of a passion fruit
