Apricot Margarita with Pepper

Ingredients

  • Silver tequila 1 12 oz.
  • Agave syrup 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Apricot puree 1 34 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Ground black pepper 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 9 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a goblet glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 10 bar spoons of apricot puree into a shaker
  3. Pour in 0,35 oz of lime juice, 0,5 oz of agave syrup and 1,5 oz of silver tequila
  4. Add a pinch of ground black pepper
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Strain into the goblet glass
  7. Garnish with a lime wedge
