Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Apple juice 4 oz.
  • Ginger beer 1 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 4 oz of apple juice and 1.5 oz of gin
  3. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
  4. Garnish with an apple wedge
