French Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 oz.
  • Caramel syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Apple juice 2 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.35 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 2 oz of apple juice, 0.35 oz of caramel syrup and 1 oz of cognac into a shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Strain into the rocks glass
  5. Garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks
