Cherry-infused Rum


  • White rum 33 oz.
  • Frozen cherry 23 oz.
  • Caster sugar 7 oz.


  1. Fill a 2-liter jar 3/4 of the way with frozen cherries, without pressing them down and add 7 oz of caster sugar
  2. Top up with white rum
  3. Close the jar and leave it for 2 weeks
  4. The cherry-infused rum is ready when berries begin to float
