Caribbean Treasure

Ingredients

  • Coconut liqueur 2 oz.
  • Strawberry liqueur 1 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 3 oz.
  • Lychee 1 12 oz.
  • Strawberry 34 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 3 peeled and pitted lychees into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour 3 oz of pineapple juice, 1 oz of strawberry liqueur and 2 oz of coconut liqueur into the shaker
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Fine strain into the highball glass
  6. Garnish with strawberry halves and a mint sprig
