Horse’s Neck

Ingredients

  • Bourbon 2 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Ginger beer 5 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 2 oz of bourbon and 1 dash of angostura bitters
  3. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
  4. Garnish with long lemon zest
