Melon Bellini

Ingredients

  • Champagne 5 oz.
  • Honey syrup 34 oz.
  • Melon 5 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place the pulp of 3 melon pieces into a mixing glass and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 5 oz of champagne
  3. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir
  4. Fine strain into a chilled flute glass
  5. Garnish with a melon slice
