Bali Dream

Ingredients

  • Gold rum 2 oz.
  • Cranberry syrup 34 oz.
  • Vanilla syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Peach juice 3 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple 1 oz.
  • Coconut cream 1 oz.
  • Pineapple leaves 1  
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 6 bar spoon of coconut cream into a blender
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 3.5 oz of peach juice, 0.75 oz of cranberry syrup, 0.35 oz of vanilla syrup and 2 oz of gold rum
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  4. Pour into a goblet glass
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a pineapple leaf and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
