Prairie Oyster

Ingredients

  • Vodka 34 oz.
  • Tomato juice 0.35 oz.
  • Quail egg yolk 5  
  • Worcestershire sauce 0.15 oz.
  • Red Tabasco sauce 0.15 oz.
  • Green Tabasco sauce 0.15 oz.
  • Ground black pepper 0.03 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.35 oz of tomato juice into a shot glass
  2. Use bar spoon to layer on 5 quail egg yolks
  3. Pour several drops of worcestershire sauce, red tabasco sauce and green tabasco sauce around quail egg yolks
  4. Add a pinch of ground black pepper
  5. Use bar spoon to layer on 0.75 oz of vodka
