The Graduate

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 1 12 oz.
  • Tangerine syrup 1 oz.
  • Sencha tea 4 oz.
  • Mint 2 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.06 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.03 oz.

Directions

  1. Put 30 mint leaves into an irish coffee glass
  2. Pour in 1 oz of tangerine syrup and 1.5 oz of Scotch whisky
  3. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and 2 cloves
  4. Top up with hot sencha tea and stir gently
  5. Garnish with mint leaves
