Oriental garden

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Sake 12 oz.
  • Dry vermouth 1 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place couple shiso leaves into a shaker
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of rose syrup, 0.5 oz of sake, 1 oz of dry vermouth, and 1.5 oz of gin
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a shiso leaf and lemon zest on a cocktail skewer
