Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Triple sec liqueur 34 oz.
  • Orange bitters 0.15 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.15 oz.
  • Lime juice 1 oz.
  • Lime 0.35 oz.
  • Granulated cane sugar 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 8 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 2 ice cubes into a cocktail glass
  2. Pour 1 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of triple sec liqueur and 2 oz of gin into a shaker
  3. Add 5 dashes of angostura bitters and 5 dashes of orange bitters
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Strain into the cocktail glass
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel with granulated cane sugar
