Agua de Valencia

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Triple sec liqueur 2 oz.
  • Champagne 17 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 2 oz.
  • Orange juice 7 oz.
  • Orange 1 12 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 34 oz.
  • Ice cubes 15 oz.

Directions

  1. A one-liter pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
  2. Place 3 maraschino cherries into a pitcher
  3. Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
  4. Pour in 2 oz of sugar syrup, 7 oz of orange juice, 2 oz of triple sec liqueur and 2 oz of gin
  5. Top up with champagne and stir gently
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange wedge
