• Silver tequila 34 oz.
  • Triple sec liqueur 34 oz.
  • Cane sugar cubes 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 34 oz.


  1. Pour 0.75 oz of triple sec liqueur into a shot glass
  2. Use bar spoon to layer on 0.75 oz of silver tequila
  3. Set the shot on fire
  4. Use fork to dissolve a cane sugar cube over the flame so that caramel drops fall into the shot glass
  5. Put out fire after all the sugar melts
  6. Do not let the shot glass burn for too long so it does not burst
  7. Rim the shot glass with ice cube before drinking
