Maple Apple

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 2 oz.
  • Maple syrup 34 oz.
  • Apple juice 4 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Apple 0.35 oz.
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of maple syrup and 2 oz of scotch whisky
  3. Top up with apple juice and stir gently
  4. Garnish with an apple wheel
