Green Thumb

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 oz.
  • Aged rum 1 oz.
  • Green chartreuse 12 oz.
  • Amontillado sherry 12 oz.
  • Homemade snap pea syrup 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 34 oz.
  • Barbecue-flavored tincture 12 oz.
  • Pink salt 0.03 oz.
  • Pea tendrils with spices 1 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.75 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of homemade snap pea syrup, 0.5 oz of green chartreuse, 0.5 oz of amontillado sherry, 1 oz of aged rum and 1 oz of gin into a shaker
  3. Add a pinch of pink salt
  4. Shake thoroughly
  5. Pour the cocktail into a perlini shaker, gas it and shake thoroughly
  6. Slowly open the perlini shaker in order to remove the surplus gas
  7. Pour into the collins glass
  8. Spray barbecue-flavored tincture over the glass
  9. Garnish with pea tendrils with spices
