French Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • Cognac 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 3 mint leaves into a shaker
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of cognac
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf
