Kentucky Cooler

Ingredients

  • Bourbon 2 oz.
  • Apricot liqueur 1 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Ginger beer 4 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 12 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour boiling water over cinnamon sticks and leave it for 1 minute
  2. Place 3 heated cinnamon sticks into a highball glass and top it up with crushed ice
  3. Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of apricot liqueur and 2 oz of bourbon
  4. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
  5. Garnish with small lime wedges
