Berry Versailles

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 12 oz.
  • Galliano 0.35 oz.
  • Maraschino liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Tawny port 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Raspberry 0.15 oz.
  • Blackberry 0.15 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Lime leaves 1  

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of maraschino liqueur, 0.35 oz of galliano, 0.35 oz of tawny port and 1.5 oz of cognac into a milk pitcher
  2. Add orange zest
  3. Stir while heating but do not bring to the boil
  4. Pour into a cognac glass
  5. Garnish with raspberries, blackberries, and a lime leaf
