Ingredients

  • Raspberry sambuca 1 12 oz.
  • Cinnamon syrup 12 oz.
  • Orange juice 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Club soda 1 oz.
  • Heavy cream 1 oz.
  • Quail egg white 34 oz.
  • Raspberry 12 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place 2 raspberries into a blender
  3. Pour in 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of orange juice, 1 oz of heavy cream, 0.5 oz of cinnamon syrup and 1.5 oz of raspberry sambuca
  4. Blend for about a minute without adding ice
  5. Pour into the sling glass
  6. Top up with club soda and stir gently
  7. Top up with crushed ice
  8. Garnish with mint sprig and a raspberry on a cocktail skewer
