Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • Vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Tomato juice 4 oz.
  • Lemon juice 0.35 oz.
  • Celery 12 oz.
  • Red Tabasco sauce 0.03 oz.
  • Worcestershire sauce 0.03 oz.
  • Celery salt 0.03 oz.
  • Ground black pepper 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.35 oz of lemon juice, 4 oz of tomato juice and 1.5 oz of vodka into a shaker
  3. Add 3 drops of red tabasco sauce and 3 drops of worcestershire sauce
  4. Add a pinch of celery salt and a pinch of ground black pepper
  5. Fill the shaker with ice, close it and roll vertically from one hand to another for a few minutes
  6. Strain into the highball glass and garnish with a celery stalk
