Spanish Eggnog

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 12 oz.
  • White cacao liqueur 34 oz.
  • Milk 3 oz.
  • Quail egg yolk 5  
  • Dark chocolate 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a hurricane glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 3 oz of milk, 0.75 oz of white cacao liqueur and 1.5 oz of cognac into a shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Strain into the hurricane glass
  5. Garnish with grated dark chocolate
