Cohiba

Ingredients

  • Bourbon 1 oz.
  • Pedro Ximenez sherry 1 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.06 oz.
  • Cherry juice 1 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 4 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 1 oz of cherry juice, 1 oz of Pedro ximenez sherry and 1 oz of bourbon into a rocks glass
  2. Add 2 dashes of angostura bitters
  3. Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes and stir gently
  4. Garnish with orange zest and a cinnamon stick
