Ginger Passion

Ingredients

  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • 
Passion fruit 6 oz.
  • Ginger root 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place the pulp of 6 oz of passion fruits, a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
  2. Add 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of white rum
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a quarter of passion fruit
