Pacha Monte Carlo

Ingredients

  • Calvados 1 12 oz.
  • Red vermouth 3 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 1 12 oz.
  • Cherry 0.35 oz.
  • Canned peach 2 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a half of a canned peach into a blender
  2. Pour in 1.5 oz of sugar syrup, 3 oz of red vermouth and 1.5 oz of calvados
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  4. Pour into a hurricane glass
  5. Garnish with two cherries
