Rory

Ingredients

  • Irish whiskey 1 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 1 oz.
  • Orange 5 oz.
  • Raspberry 1 oz.
  • Celery 1 oz.
  • Caster sugar 0.15 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a celery stalk and 1 bar spoon of caster sugar into a shaker
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of pineapple juice and 1.5 oz of irish whiskey
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a celery leaf and a red maraschino cherry
  6. Serve on a tray with an orange half, filled with raspberries and a celery leaf
