Indian Sour

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 1 12 oz.
  • Cinnamon syrup 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Quail egg white 1 oz.
  • Orange 2 12 oz.
  • Sesame 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Rim a sour glass with roasted sesame
  2. Place a quarter of orange into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of cinnamon syrup and 1.5 oz of scotch whisky
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  5. Fine strain into the chilled sour glass
