Far Fizz

Ingredients

  • Melon liqueur 34 oz.
  • Champagne 2 12 oz.
  • Jasmine syrup 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Melon 1 34 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place the pulp of a melon piece into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of jasmine syrup and 0.75 oz of melon liqueur
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled flute glass
  5. Top up with champagne and stir gently
  6. Garnish with a melon slice
