Negroni from the Bronx

Ingredients

  • Drambuie 12 oz.
  • Campari 1 oz.
  • Tawny port 12 oz.
  • Dry red wine 1 12 oz.
  • Peach bitters 0.1 oz.
  • Plum bitters 0.1 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 14 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of Tawny port, 1.5 oz of dry red wine, 0.5 oz of drambuie and 1 oz of campari into a mixing glass
  3. Add 3 dashes of peach and plum bitters
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
  5. Strain into the rocks glass
  6. Garnish with orange zest
