Arnaud’s French 75

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 14 oz.
  • Champagne 3 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 0.35 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.35 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 1.25 oz of cognac into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  3. Strain into a chilled flute glass
  4. Top up with champagne and stir gently
  5. Garnish with long orange zest
