French Dessert

Ingredients

  • Calvados 1 12 oz.
  • Maple syrup 34 oz.
  • Honey syrup 34 oz.
  • Heavy cream 12 oz.
  • Kumquat 0.15 oz.
  • Blackcurrant 2 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 12 bar spoons of blackcurrant into a blender
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of heavy cream, 0.75 oz of maple syrup, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 1.5 oz of calvados
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  4. Pour into a chilled champagne saucer
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a kumquat wedge
