Pink Ginger

Ingredients

  • Pear vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Raspberry 0.15 oz.
  • Ginger root 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 1 raspberry, a ginger root wedge into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of pear vodka
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
