Black Flip

Ingredients

  • Dark rum 1 12 oz.
  • Dark beer 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Quail egg yolk 5  
  • Ground nutmeg 0.06 oz.
  • Dark chocolate 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 2 oz of dark beer and 1.5 oz of dark rum into a shaker
  2. Give it a good dry shake
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  4. Strain into a chilled highball glass
  5. Serve on a saucer with a piece of dark chocolate and ground nutmeg
