Raspberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Vanilla vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Still water 0.15 oz.
  • Milk 0.15 oz.
  • Philadelphia cheese 0.15 oz.
  • Raspberry puree 1 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 5 bar spoons of raspberry puree into a shaker
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of vanilla vodka
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Place 1 bar spoon of philadelphia cheese into a cream whipper
  6. Pour in 0.15 oz of milk and 0.15 oz of still water
  7. Close the cream whipper and froth 3–4 times
  8. Garnish the cocktail with creamy foam from the whipper
