Bacchus

Ingredients

  • Cognac 12 oz.
  • Apricot liqueur 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Dried apricots 14 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of apricot liqueur into a shot glass
  2. Use bar spoon to layer on 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 0.5 oz of cognac
  3. Garnish with a dried apricot
  4. Drink the shot and chase it with the apricot
