Caribbean Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • Calvados 2 oz.
  • Creme de cassis liqueur 12 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Cinnamon syrup 34 oz.
  • Cranberry juice 2 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 1 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 12 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 2.5 oz of cranberry juice, 0.75 oz of cinnamon syrup, 0.5 oz of creme de cassis liqueur and 2 oz of calvados into a shaker
  3. Add 1 dash of angostina bitters
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Strain into the sling glass
  6. Garnish with a fan of apple wedges and a mint sprig
