Ingredients

  • Blackcurrant vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Coffee liqueur 34 oz.
  • Vanilla syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Heavy cream 1 34 oz.
  • Blackberry 34 oz.
  • Raspberry 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 3 blackberries, 3 raspberries into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.75 oz of coffee liqueur and 1.5 oz blackcurrant vodka
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Pour 1.75 oz of heavy cream and 0.15 oz of vanilla syrup into a bowl
  6. Whip thoroughly with a whisk
  7. Use bar spoon to layer on vanilla whipped cream from the bowl onto the cocktail
  8. Garnish with a blackberry on a cocktail skewer
  9. If preparing multiple cocktails at once and using more than 17 oz of heavy cream, it is more convenient to use a cream whipper
