Mule with Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • Vodka 2 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Ginger beer 4 oz.
  • Lychee puree 1 12 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 16 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 8 bar spoons of lychee puree into a mixing glass
  3. Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice and 2 oz of vodka
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
  5. Strain into the highball glass
  6. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
  7. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a lime wedge
