Duke Tulip

Ingredients

  • Gold tequila 1 12 oz.
  • Vanilla syrup 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon 1 12 oz.
  • Orange 2 12 oz.
  • Raspberry 0.35 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.35 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a quarter of lemon, 2 orange wedges, a rosemary sprig into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of vanilla syrup and 1.5 oz of gold tequila
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  5. Garnish with 2 raspberries on a rosemary sprig
