Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • Grenadine syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Still water 5 oz.
  • Lemon 1 12 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Orange 1 12 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Honey 0.15 oz.
  • Star anise 0.1 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.16 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.03 oz.
  • Ground nutmeg 0.1 oz.
  • Dried apricots 14 oz.
  • Prune 0.35 oz.
  • Tartlet 1  

Directions

  1. Place a lemon, a lime, an orange wedges into a milk pitcher and muddle
  2. Add a star anise, a cinnamon stick, a clove and a pinch of ground nutmeg
  3. Pour in 0.35 oz of grenadine syrup and 5 oz of boiling water
  4. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  5. Strain into a heated cup
  6. Place the cinnamon from the milk pitcher into the cup
  7. Serve with a tartlet with dried plum, dried apricots and an apple wedge covered in honey
