Infernal Affairs
Ingredients
- Citrus vodka 1⁄2 oz.
- Strawberry liqueur 0.35 oz.
- Passion fruit syrup 0.35 oz.
- Lemon juice 0.35 oz.
- Passion fruit 3 oz.
- Strawberry 3⁄4 oz.
Directions
- Cut a passion fruit in halves and remove the pulp from one of the halves
- Pour 0.35 oz of passion fruit syrup into the empty half
- Use bar spoon to layer on 0.35 oz of strawberry liqueur, 0.35 oz of lemon juice and 0.5 oz of citrus vodka
- Serve with the other half of the passion fruit and a strawberry half inside
