Rosemary Fizz

Ingredients

  • Vodka 2 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Mango syrup 34 oz.
  • Honey syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Grapefruit juice 1 12 oz.
  • Tonic 3 oz.
  • Grapefruit 2 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.35 oz.
  • Crushed ice 5 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place a rosemary sprig into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 40 oz of grapefruit juice, 5 oz of honey syrup, 20 oz of mango syrup and 50 oz of vodka
  4. Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Strain into the rocks glass
  7. Top up with tonic and stir gently
  8. Top up with crushed ice
  9. Garnish with a peeled grapefruit wedge and a sprig of rosemary
