Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Dark rum 34 oz.
  • Cherry sambuca 34 oz.
  • Apricot liqueur 34 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 1 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a hurricane glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 1.75 oz of pineapple juice, 0.75 oz of cherry sambuca and 0.75 oz of apricot liqueur into the glass
  3. Add 0.75 oz of dark rum, 1.5 oz of white rum and stir gently
  4. Top up with crushed ice
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and a red maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
